• Environmental Safety Director/Manager

    Job responsibilities:

    1. Familiarize and understand national laws, regulations, and rules related to safety production, promptly promote and implement new regulations to other relevant departments within the company, and supervise their implementation;

    2. Promote the company's standardized safety management system, implement the group's safety guidelines, policies, and requirements, and supervise the effective implementation of relevant management systems in the factories where they are located;

    3. Responsible for establishing a record of company and SHE related documents/approvals, maintaining the validity of SHE related documents and timely processing them, and keeping important documents related to the process of evidence collection and communication with government departments on file;

    4. Maintain good relationships with relevant government administrative departments of SHE, promptly coordinate and solve fire/safety/environmental protection/special equipment/occupational health issues that arise during the company's daily production and operation processes, participate in government meetings in a timely manner, and fill out various reports as required;

    5. Regularly organize relevant departments and personnel to conduct safety training and meetings, regularly inspect the safety and effectiveness of safety facilities in the factory area, supervise and randomly inspect the daily safety work of each department, establish a factory safety hazard ledger, and track and randomly inspect the rectification of hidden dangers;

    6. Participate in factory level safety education and grade exam papers for new employees upon entry; Organize evacuation drills and fire drills for all personnel, and assist other departments in conducting annual emergency drills;

    7. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

    Job requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above, with rich relevant work experience, can be extended to associate degree, chemical or safety engineering major, and at least 5 years of relevant job experience;

    2. Have good communication and coordination skills;

    3. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc;

    4. Familiar with government office procedures, with experience in handling government affairs is preferred;

    5. Those with national registered safety engineer qualifications and experience in safety standardization preparation and certification are preferred.
