Job responsibilities:

1. Policy analysis: By collecting national and local policies and regulations, industry trends, etc., we aim to find hot topics that can be combined with the company's advantageous technologies in the fields of chemical gases, semiconductors, etc., providing guidance for the establishment of the company's overall research and development direction;

2. Market research: Research and analyze the industry landscape and upstream and downstream industries of potential new projects, market size, competitor and customer information, pain points, issues, development trends, etc., and independently complete the project market research report.

3. Technical research: Through the retrieval and reading of SCI papers and invention patents, as well as visits and consultations from industry experts and university teachers, assist the research and development team in organizing the core technologies of the project, collecting and analyzing the performance parameters of competitors, providing strong data support and theoretical basis for clarifying development goals;

4. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, major in chemical engineering is preferred;

2. Those with certain research achievements and experience in leading or participating in investment research teams to complete related investment projects are preferred.
