1. Implement relevant national laws and regulations, industry standards and specifications, and the company's safety, health, and environmental protection quality system;
2. Responsible for the reliability management of instrument and control equipment;
3. Responsible for formulating or organizing the development of instrument and control equipment management systems, emergency response plans, integrity management procedures, maintenance and repair calibration procedures, and spare parts standards, establishing and improving instrument and control equipment technical archives, and managing and improving instrument and control equipment technical indicators (KPIs);
4. Provide technical support for the maintenance and repair of instrument and control equipment in various factories, be responsible for training in the operation, maintenance, and repair of instrument and control equipment, assist in handling and resolving instrument and control equipment accidents/faults/hidden dangers, participate in safety meetings and activities, and ensure the normal operation of instrument and control equipment;
5. Participate in or guide the management of maintenance contractors or construction contractors, review construction plans, and ensure the quality of instrument and control equipment maintenance and construction;
6. Audit the current management status of instrument and control equipment in each factory, including equipment changes or modifications;
7. Participate in the preparation of project gas supply technical plans, research and development/supervision/installation/debugging/acceptance of instrument and control equipment, etc;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields;
2. At least three years of work experience in this position or related positions, holding relevant qualification certificates is preferred;
